Dr. Larry Baylis has been in practice at M-15 Family Medical Center since 1991 and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Baylis has extensive experience treating DIabetes, Hypertension, ADD, Depression/Anxiety and enjoys treating the entire family including the geriatric population.  His family moved to Clarkston in 1979 where his father, Dr. Shelby Baylis, started M-15 Family Medical Center. He is a 1980 graduate of Clarkston High School and went on to get his B.S. from Oakland University and his D.O. from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (now Midwestern University).   His wife, Liza, also works at M-15 Family Medical Center and they have three children.  Dr. Baylis' hobbies include spending time with family, playing music with his band, and seeing his horses.

Dr. Teri Shermetaro is a board certified Family Medicine physician. She has practiced at M-15 Family Medical Center for over 23 years. She obtained her B.A. from Kalamazoo College and her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (now Midwestern University). She did her residency in Family Medicine through Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital (now McLaren Oakland Hospital). She has many years of clinical experience in the treatment of chronic conditions such as hypertension, hypercholesterol, diabetes, depression / anxiety, women's health issues and preventative health. She enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine especially building relationships with her patients and their families and helping them with their healthcare needs. In addition Dr. Shermetaro is a wife and mother to three grown sons. She enjoys exercise, being outdoors and spending time with her family. She also considers herself to be a lifelong learner and is always reading some type of nonfiction book.

Kristie has been a Family Nurse Practitioner at M-15 Family Medical Center since 2020.  She obtained her Masters in Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2006 and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Kristie has been part of the M-15 team throughout her career as she worked as a nurse in our office starting in 2002 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in wound care, bariatric care as well as general family practice. Kristie lives in the Clarkston community with her husband and their 2 children and their adorable dog Finn.

Natalie joined M-15 Family Medical Center in 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Walden University in 2018 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University in 2011. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2018 and has also been a cardiac and public health nurse. Natalie lives in the Clarkston community with her husband and their 2 children and their dog Sadie. 

Sarah joined M-15 Family Medical Center in 2023 as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Sarah completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Walden University in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baker College in 2019. Sarah is certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Sarah has worked as both an oncology/infusion nurse as well as a cardiac intervention nurse prior to starting at M-15. Sarah lives in the Clarkston community with her husband and their three children and their dog Tucker.
